Well I hope you all had a wonderful Christmas and an even better New Years eve celebrations. Hopefully everybody overindulged in some celebratory way or another. Lots of festive cheer, food, wine, and good times with family and friends.
Things got a little hectic this December in the Broth Manor, when our company mascot and chief broth taster, (Tyke the brown dog) went missing for 5 nights. Some celebratory fireworks spooked the 4 legged, hairy, bacon eater and he took off for the hills. Everything was put on hold until we fond him again. He arrived back 5 long nights later, looking a little worse for wear after sleeping rough out in the wild jungles of Fiji. But we were all relieved and happy to have him back.
Then a couple of days before New Years eve, we were on Red alert, bracing ourselves for a cyclone (hurricane) that was heading our way….
Thankfully the cyclone veered away at the last minute, with no significant damage to the Broth Manor. Wow!..we dodged a bullet there!
So what a way to end one year and start another! Drama and action. So here we are on the other side, well and truly in 2016. Fired up and rearing to go!
